Für viele ist das Thema mehr als nur ein Hobby, es eine Leidenschaft, welche sie gerne in den sozialen Medien zeigen. Hier helfen sie sich gegenseitig beim erstellen von Kostümen und verabreden sich zu Treffen im Cosplay Outfit. Manche von ihnen erlangen sogar eine so große Berühmtheit, dass sie das einstige Hobby zu ihrem Beruf machen. Sie werden nicht nur Sternchen, sondern echte Stars mit Millionen von Fans.
